Whether standard sizing or made‑to‑measure – both options are possible. Together, we find the fit that matches your body and riding style. There is no objectively “perfect” size: while some riders prefer a tight, sporty fit, others value more room for comfort and freedom of movement. What matters most is how it feels to you. Despite these individual preferences, there are technical fundamentals that should always be considered. They ensure proper fit, functionality and optimal protection. We are happy to explain these points to you in detail.
Premium leather
We rely on high‑quality premium leather – either cowhide or kangaroo leather. Both materials impress with extreme durability, high abrasion resistance and exceptional wearing comfort. In particularly stressed areas, the leather is strategically combined with Kevlar reinforcements. This provides additional tear and cut resistance without restricting freedom of movement. The result: maximum protection, low weight and a material combination that performs reliably even under heavy use – technically refined and uncompromising in quality.
Custom design
Each leather suit is individually designed according to your wishes. For us, design has no limits – everything can be precisely adapted to your requirements and ideas. Whether colors, rider name, race number or team and sponsor patches: every detail is implemented with precision. Logos, graphics and custom prints are seamlessly integrated into the overall design. The result is a leather suit that not only impresses technically, but also reflects your personality – unique, premium and perfectly tailored to you.
Protection without compromise
When it comes to safety, we make no compromises. Every leather suit is equipped with the same high‑quality protectors – regardless of model or design. This ensures a consistently high level of protection at all times. A key factor is the correct positioning of the protectors: only when they sit exactly where they are needed can they provide full protection in an emergency. For this reason, all protectors are permanently integrated and do not need to be worn separately or adjusted. We use the highest protector standards, offering maximum safety without restricting freedom of movement or comfort. In addition, all leather suits are airbag‑ready. This means that any common airbag system can be worn underneath the suit – regardless of manufacturer, including In&Motion (iXS, IXON), Tech‑Air (Alpinestars), Held, Furygan, Klim and Helite.
